Once again the fruit for this Syrah was sourced from Dineen Vineyards, a glowing star in the heart of the Yakima Valley. Our ongoing relationship with the Dineen’s continues to evolve with one goal in mind, to nurture fruit that’s uniqueness enables us to produce truly premium wines. The weather in 2004 brought us fruit that was ripe and opulent. Our vision remains true, to produce Syrah that sees very little new oak (30% new & 70% neutral) in order to reveal an unadulterated expression of the land. Extended barrel aging, nearly 20 months, gave us a wine with a lush mid-palate and roundness on the finish that makes it enjoyable right now. 175 Cases produced. Price $25.00 |
