It is once again the Winery’s signature wine. As in the past, it’s a Bordeaux blend, comprised predominantly of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This year’s blend consist of 43% Cab Franc, 30% Cab Sauvignon, 22% Merlot & 5% Malbec. Our 4 core vineyards- Dineen, DuBrul, Meek & Sheridan always play a role is this wine. We aged the wine 20 months in French Oak (60% new & 40% once used) to lightly enhance the wine’s unique character without masking the fruit’s flavor. 424 cases produced.
