 2012 STEVENSDIVIO
The fruit was sourced from the Lanie's block at Dineen Vineyard in Zillah. This year's vintage is quite delightful. If you could imagine an orange creamsicle butterfly lightly dancing through a nectarine orchard and it landed on the tip of your tongue, that's what you'd taste. The wine was slowly fermented partially in Stainless steel, super cold, for almost 2 months as well as a bit of neutral oak.
Some words I'd use to describe the wine: slightly crisp, dry yet fruity, low alcohol, fresh, a great summer deck wine.
